1) Who is the personal incharge in Shuqun

2) What must your child do if he/she is sick
in school?
* Inform the Subject Teacher at the time he/she is feeling unwell.
* He/she will be send to the General Office
* School offiicer will call you to bring him/her home.
* He/she must fill up the 'Permission to leave school early' form, which is
obtainable from the General Office.
* The Principal, Vice-Principal or any of the HODs must sign the form.
* The bottom half of the form needs to be completed and returned to his/her Form
Teacher the following day.
3) What do you do when your child is absent
from school?
* Call his/her Form Teacher / the General Office and give the child's name and
class to the General Office staff.
* An MC from doctor must be given to his/her Form Teacher on the following day
when he/she report to school.
4) Is your child allowed to wear sports shoes
to school?
* No, he/she are only allowed to wear white shoes to school.
* If need to wear sports shoes for CCA, change into them after school.
5) Are handphones, MP3 players or other
electronic devices allowed in school?
* Yes but are not allowed to use them during curriculum time.
* Must switch off the handphone during curriculum time.
* Only allowto use them before or after school and during recess time.
6) Is there a school locker?
* Yes. Fill up an application form, which is obtainable from the General Office.
* Pay $29 cash for the locker padlock. (Price subject to changes)
* Instruction will be given on how to use it.
